How do I make a thread with a poll?? I think me and duds are the only 2 that cant do it

Click New topic and under topic description there is poll options. Next to it there is "Click here to manage this topic's poll" click on that.

I know that much, but when I type all the poll options or choices or whatever, then hit submit, nothing is there.

I tested the poll option (as dirty as that sounds), it seems to be working fine.
