I think there is someone leaching off my router and was wondering how i can find out. Is there a program on the computer to check? or one i can download?

Just go to you router settings (your routers' user guide will show you how to do that) and enable WEP or WPA encryption. WPA is the better of the two, and will keep leechers off your network. I don't recommend WEP as it's easy for an experienced hacker to crack, although that isn't even remotely a problem unless you live in the city.

Most times all you have to do is change your routers admin's password. Sounds like you're using the default.

Under your router's DHCP table. As tony mentioned, enable WEP and you're set.
