I don't understand why this happens. I finally figured out that it only happens when someone responds to an email I sent to them and their email address is a bellsouth.net email address.

I can see the first few words of their response in the bottom right corner over the toolbar as the message comes in and then as soon as I open it in Outlook all I see is my original message.

It's driving me crazy. wtf....
