when the entire forum is moderated, no conversation can occur. if we're waiting on mods to authorize EVERY SINGLE POST then it slows **** down, people grow apathetic, and leave. if you want your site to grow, allow the conversations to grow. don't regulate the conversation until it's occurred. if anybody posts anything ban-worthy, then ban them, but don't stifle the discussion.

I disagree with your assumption. Conversation can flow, if people are respectful of each other.

I am sorry you feel that people are regulating. The mods like to talk to people. Is that what you consider regulating?
