Trade rumor...I hope this isn't true.
Todd McShay for ESPN/Scout
According to a source, the Buccaneers have an extremely high grade on USC's Justice and would consider moving up for him if they can get a reasonable offer to make such a deal. If that's the case, the Bucs likely would need to trade up ahead of the Eagles, who also have interest in drafting Justice, with the 14th pick. A possible suitor could be the Ravens, who are interested in moving out of the 13th spot to acquire another first-day pick. The Ravens have just two picks (13, 44) on Day 1 but seven picks in Rounds 4-6 (111, 132, 146, 166, 181, 203, 208).
While I'm not opposed to Justice if he fell to #23, I don't want to move up and give away picks for him.

i understand not wanting to move up, but justice is bigger and stronger than Da Brick and thinks that he is better than Da Brick, I really want the eagles to get him.

The thing is, is that IMO you will have to go ahead of maybe even Det. to get him.

Think his alleged ties to the Bush scandal will affect his draft position? I don't think so, but you never know. Seems to be a big emphasis on character these day amongst all NFL teams. Except the Raiders, Eagles and Cowboys.

don't forget the chargers, chiefs, vikings either
the USC thing will not hurt any players, it will only affect USC if anyone at all.

Kind of sad system they have isn't it. Just say if Bush did do something bad, some junior in highschool will be affacted a couple years from now by sanctions and other things, and Bush will be living the easy life. Just like college basketball coaches, I mention them because it seems to happen a lot to them....but they commit some violations, they leave go off to another job with some other school and the former school, new coach, and players are left with the punishments.

It's a dumb system. They should be banned from the NCAA for a length of time, and if they went on to the next level, the school should sue the player.

It's all screwed up, the way they keep anything of value from the players is where it is screwed up, the schools are sometimes making tons of money off of these kids and keep it all, I don't blame the players, I blame the systems and the times we live in for the amount of money these schools are getting.
