Would the Bucs take Troy Smith at #3/4 overall?
From the Cleveland Plain Dealer:
Troy Smith has a new favorite in Tampa coach Jon Gruden, who gave him a playful shove of congratulations on the sideline after the North's first touchdown.
"That's the kind of guy Coach Gruden is," Smith said. "I'm biased when I say this because I learned from him this week, but I would love to get a chance to represent the Buccaneers because he's a great guy and I'm sure the organization is tremendous."
Don't worry, Smith still loves the Browns. But he did pick up Gruden's version of the West Coast offense pretty quickly.
"I think I did pretty well, but it was only one week of preparation," Smith said. "I'm sure with two weeks, I'd do even better and with three weeks, I'd probably do a fantastic job."
As Smith spoke in a crowded North locker room, former NFL quarterback and Tampa Bay scout Doug Williams leaned on a locker nearby.
"One thing about Troy Smith, you can just tell by the way he shakes your hand he's a leader," Williams said. "If you're around Troy Smith, it's going to be hard not to like Troy Smith, and it's going to be hard to not entrust him with your football team. I think every quarterback needs the right offense, but from a leadership standpoint, that kid's got something you can't teach."

Most likely this will NOT happen, but just for debate, would you think this would be a dumb or smart move.
Personally i think it would be ridiculous, we need some type of veteran and signing another rookie would just be plain stupid
