On NFL Network. Last night it aired, and a replay today at 1pm EST. A must see for all younger Buccs fans that may not know the history of their favorite team.

I wish more fans could see it. The Buccs were the butt of jokes for years, and when another fans want to rattle a Buccs fan, they'll bring up the past. But the Browns, Texans, Panthers and Jaguars can thank the Buccs and the Seahawks for their abilities to compete very soon after coming into the league. The NFL learned a hard lesson when the Buccs and Hawks entered the league. They over compensated for their mistakes with the Panthers and Jaguars, and then scaled the procedures back some for the Browns and Texans when they realized they made it too easy for the Jags and Panthers.

There was no free agency back then, and the Buccs and Hawks got their draft picks and a bunch of other guys who got cut from the other 26 teams. They didn't even get any compensatory draft picks. There was no supplemental draft from the other teams players either.
