The dude has alot of family/personal problems....It's not just his weight/injuries/lack of motivation that have doomed his career. He's had self-described bouts of depression due to unspecified problems with his wife/family....

And neither do you. God forbid the guy might have possibly put his past behind him and turned over a new leaf. I remember all the Viking fans laughing at us for signing Chris Hovan. He's unmotivated, he's a bum, etc, etc. and he turns in a very good season for us and was rewarded with a nice extension.If Tony fails in Tampa, big deal, he was signed to a 1 year contract, it definitely won't be the end of the world.

I don't think any of us are proclaiming him the next best OG in the game, but it sounds positive that he's been showing up for offseason workouts and looking like he's putting some effort in.

Ooops, I didn't wait til the real news broke that he has now been excused due to a family emergency--- And Gruden may have not known where he was at the start when reporters interviewed -- primarily cause he had not asked his line coaches--0 where is he? Fonoti has been in contact with Kromer and Muir both and they knew exactly where hje was-- God forbid a fat guy has a family and is trying to turn his game around and missed one day of OTA's.

He can be quality depth incase of injury, but his options are pretty limited with the drafting of Joseph.
