Mike Alstott: Expected to Re-Up with Bucs

Update: Alstott is expected to reach agreement with the Bucs on a contract for 2006 by Friday, the St. Petersburg Times reports.

Recommendation: With the new NFL labor agreement in place, the Bucs now have the cap leeway to bring Alstott back. According to the report, Alstott is seeking about $1.5 million, and the sides are believed to be about $500,000 apart.

I still don't think they keep him he doesn't offer much these days at his age and wear and tear IMO.

the only thing he does is take some TD's away from caddy, which sucks for some keeper leagues

i wouldn't keep him, he's to old and he's an injury risk. Just not worth the money anymore.

I agree Mickey, Alstott is old and can't block worth a crap. They need to let caddy take the reigns and let him carry my fantasy squad
