The Titans added some depth to their secondary, agreeing to terms with unrestricted free agent safety Bryan Scott on Wednesday.
"This is another case of us addressing our depth and bringing veteran playing experience to our team," Titans General Manager Mike Reinfeldt said in a statement.
"Bryan has experience at both safety spots and even corner; has made over 30 career starts and is still a young player who will contribute to this team."
In four seasons with Atlanta and New Orleans, Scott has 36 starts and has played in 56 games. He started 16 games for the Falcons in 2004, recording 85 tackles, 2.5 sacks and an interception.
Scott was a second-round draft pick (55th overall) out of Penn State by the Falcons in 2003.
