The Titans hope to have Rice, released by the Buccaneers on Thursday, in for a physical soon. He's recovering from a shoulder injury.

"I don't know about his health or his status," Vanden Bosch said.

"He's been a great pass rusher for a long time in this league and he knows how to get to the quarterback. That's one of the things we lacked last year. … Going out and getting him would show that we are doing something to try to improve that."

He will decide before Strahan does imo.

True, but Strahan does know that he's losing 14,000 dollars a day everytime he doesn't show up to camp.

Rice probably will sign with the Titans, maybe a 1-year contract depending on his play, he will decide if he like to further his career after the season.
