NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Despite back-to-back losing seasons, the Tennessee Titans will extend its sellout streak of 73 consecutive games.
The franchise began selling single-game tickets 10 a.m. Saturday and within 30 minutes was down to scattered single seats for all 10 regular season home games.
Those remaining seats were gone a few hours later, extending the sellout streak to 83.
Last year, the franchise was down to scattered single seats for home games in 22 minutes.
"We're very fortunate," said Don MacLachlan, the Titans' executive vice president for administration.
The first sell out this season was an Oct. 1 game with the Dallas Cowboys, which last played here on Christmas night in 2000. Most seats were sold within 3 minutes, MacLachlan said
