interesting article and it makes me think that he is focused, however with a suspect oline and a crowded backfield often means not a lot of production, maybe he can show that he is re-energized and re-focused this year to show teams around the league that he would be a viable free agent option to go after next season.
yeah it is a good thing that he is working hard b/c to b completly honest with brown being injury prone and him possibly being traded he could b the starter next year if he is focused on wut needs to be done... he is a good running back taht had an off season last year and i think he will have a pretty good seson a head of him.
Bottom line is that we have three backs that all have the potential to be VERY good in the NFL (Four if you count Payton)! Surely the luck-of-the-draw will let us hit on ONE of 'em having a good year!

If you think about it we arent all that bad. We have a lot of young talent and added some key players this year. We are headed in the right direction (hopefully with Vince Young)
