Ever since he first arrived at Baptist Sports Park, top draft pick Vince Young said he wanted to be at training camp on time. Finances aside, Young wanted to be on the field sweating with his new teammates and letting everyone know he was ready to go to work.

“When I got drafted I said I wanted to be here for the start of training camp,” Young said. “I told Major (Adams) and Floyd (Reese) to get it done and they did.”

I am glad that he wanted to be in on time, but he "told" them to get it done, how valiant. He meant get it done as long as I get paid.

There's nothing official yet but I was watching and he hurt his ankle and it looked BAD. He was on the ground in obvious pain holding his ankle, when I learn more I will keep you posted.

It is a low ankle sprain. Apparently it isnt too bad, he was standing up and walking and would have been able to come back in the game but he had already played enough.
