Default Collins Staying.......

Fisher sticking with Collins after worst loss since 1989
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Vince Young era hasn't arrived yet for the Tennessee Titans. If Kerry Collins keeps posting a 1.3 passer rating, it won't be far off.

Jeff Fisher insisted again Monday he is sticking with Collins as his starter even after the veteran's anemic performance in a 40-7 loss at San Diego that was the franchise's worst loss since December 1989.

"Kerry was brought here because of his experience," Fisher said. "We're sticking with Kerry and continuing to develop Vince."

And what about Billy Volek, the quarterback who inherited the starting role when Steve McNair was traded to Baltimore in June, only to be demoted to No. 3 when the Titans signed Collins on Aug. 29?

Collins is so bad I dont understand how they can keep him as the starter. Although Vince didnt have a great completion percentage, he showed that he can drive the team down and score. His TD pass was a very good pass between the defense and with perfect touch. Vince should be starting because he gives them the best chance to win, unless of course they want the #1 overall pick for next year lol.
