the redskins add andre carter, where is this money coming from?

I like the Archuleta pick up hes a good saftey. I dont like the andre carter move hes had only one good year in his 5.

The Niners had Carter playing out of position the last two seasons. He'll be much more effective playing back at the DE position which is his natural.

i like both signings, both players will really help the team. However i have the same question as Ellis: Where is the money coming from?

its the redskins mickey then never seem to learn that cap penaltys will kill you. They just baseless assume it will all work out and it never dose.

Skins run a 4-3, he will exclusively be one or the other with them, from what I'm hearing he will be a DE.

The Archuleta move helped but not where they need it, he is a run stopping safety and they have that already with the way they play D. IMO they have maybe the 2 worst cover safeties on any team in him and Taylor.
