You would think something in the back of his mind was saying, hey, this is pre-season, I dont wanna hurt myself in a meaningless game trying to prevent this guy from returning an INT. I know it's competitive, and I wouldnt want my players dogging it out there, but there's a fine line between playing with some fire, and playing with no regard for yourself, and your season, specifically in pre-season.
