If the Seahawks can win this game, they basically have this division wrapped up. With a sweep over the Cards already and potentially against the Rams, they will have two division games remaining against the 49ers.

Let's win this one with no injuries.

Hawks 34
Rams 20

The time is now. If there was ever a statement game for both teams,it's the one coming up on Sunday in Seattle.

The Rams want to prove that they still own the Seahawks, and want payback from the last game that was fumbled away on a special teams play at the end of the game. (of course credit to the chickens for playing a good game and beating us...no excuses....but we still won 3 out of 3 last season )

The Seahawks want to prove that there is a turning of the tides, and that they are the team in control of the division, and are going for a second division title in a row. They also want some payback of their own and will be devestated and burned if the Rams do to them what they did in Seattle twice last year. Stealing home games away in big matchups like this can kill a team's confidence.

IT'S ON!!!

(Tiki....you copycat )

Sorry about that, Zerk, but I had to. By the way this image is what will be inspiring the Seahawks and our fans at QWest Field this Sunday.

I can't see us losing this game. I know it's the Seahawks and it's on the road, but honestly, I can't. We'll be back to full strength and the team practiced very well yesterday.

Not to mention, word out of practice was that Little is playing with a new fire in him. I think the death of his brother has really turned it up for him.

Tuesday Morning
Tuesday, November 8, 2005

- Monday's practice was quite spirited. There was an obvious bounce in the step of most of the players, as it should be after the bye week.

- It was great to see Marc Bulger, Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt on the field again. While their replacements did a nice job while they were out, you can never fully replace that kind of talent. Considering the way the offense ran the ball while they were out, their return leaves some intriguing possibilities for a balanced offense that has the potential to be one of the best in the league.

- Bruce took part in team drills for the first time since his injury against Tennessee. He is probably the most questionable of the trio to play this week, but it's starting to look like he will be back. Nobody has been more upset about his not playing than Bruce. He wants to be out there and I wouldn't be surprised if when he does return, he has a big game or two in him before this season is over.

- Holt looks much better running around and he took part in almost every drill with the top offense and even ran some routes with the backups.

- Bulger didn't look much different throwing the ball than he did before the injury.

- There wasn't anyone welcomed back to Rams Park more enthusiastically than defensive end Leonard Little. Little was greeted by all of his teammates and looked like he hadn't missed a beat. In fact, Little looked as quick and explosive in pass rush drills as I have seen all season, including training camp.

- I'll have a new mailbag up today with answers to many of your questions. Keep 'em coming.
