WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are pleased to announce the winners of the team's 2008 Early Bird Season Ticket Renewal Campaign.

Bomber fans who renewed their season tickets prior to Dec. 15, 2007 were automatically entered into the draw for great prizes including a trip for two to Jamaica, a trip for two to the 2008 Grey Cup in Montreal and an opportunity to travel to a Bomber road game in 2008.

This year's Early Bird winners include:

There has never been a better time to be a Bomber season ticket holder. The team enjoyed one of its most successful seasons ever in 2007, registering five consecutive home sellouts in and advancing to the 2007 Grey Cup in Toronto.

In addition, the Big Blue placed 10 players on the CFL East Division All-Star Team including quarterback Kevin Glenn, receivers Milt Stegall, Derick Armstrong and Terrence Edwards, defensive linemen Doug Brown and Tom Canada, running back Charles Roberts, linebacker Barrin Simpson and offensive linemen Alexandre Gauthier and Dan Goodspeed.

Bomber season ticket holders get to enjoy a number of special exclusives. That includes saving 20 per cent compared to the price of purchasing individual tickets during the season and being guaranteed the same seats for the post-season as playoff tickets will be included in their season ticket package.

Season ticket holders are also entitled to a number of other outstanding benefits including a discount on merchandise at the Bomber Store, admission to the Bomber Locker Room Sale, a commemorative collector's pin and exclusive season ticket holder merchandise.
