As some of you know, I'm a football beginner and next season will be my first complete one. That's why I'd like to buy protections to play safe. But I don't wanna be "overprotected", I just want to have what is necessary

My football team provides us the helmet and the shoulder protection, and I've got the teeth protection. I will soon buy a pant with pads at the hips the thigh and the coccyx. I will also buy WR gloves (can I play devense with them? I know they won't be helpful for the tackle, but can a tackle deteriorate my gloves?).

Do I need something else? (I also have nice Audible III D reebok shoes )
