Default workout routine

Im going out for wr for my highschool next year and im 14,bench 140lbs, im 5 foot 7, and i weigh 131 lbs.Im having a hard time trying to figure out what a good workout routine for me would be.I have accsess to treadmills 210lbs on a weight bench, dumbells all that good stuff.I currently just workout when ever i feel like it and i bench,do curls, squat jumps, lunges, jog and sprint.
What would an effective routine be and what are some other workouts i can do if any?
Ive heard of some of these before Four Corner Drill, Pro Agility Drill,Three Corner Drill ,Nebraska Agility Drill. What are they?

Four Corner Drill-is when you have 4 cones and you run to the first one, then side step to the next back pedel the the next one and side step again to the last, make sure you do it in a saquare formation

im not too sure on the rest sorry they are all basically the same thing with a little tweak

work on your squat jerk and clean lifts and practice simple pro agility workouts your not that old and big enough yet for the quality of the workout to matter

complex lift for the most part start in an athletic position with bar on ground and quickly I MEAN QUICKLY straighten your legs and shrug your shoulders and flip the bar up to your chin area and fall into a squat stance all of this in one motion then stand up then you drop it very hard to master Im not even sure i worded it correctly surely you've seen it before in a football atmosphere. this lift is ALL about the explosion you put into it.

Default consider making natural whey protein shakes

If your ultimate athletic goal is to gain lots of strength and muscle, consider making whey protein shakes to double the progress and results.

These shakes will help anyone aiming to gain muscle get even better results in the long term. Drinking just one whey protein shake will result in significant gains if you keep it up. Why is this the case? Generally, protein supplements allows your muscles the required fuel for stimulation and growth. It is the number one most important nutrient for maintenance and growth.

It is also a macro nutrient. This means that you must feed your body with adequate amounts of protein to gain strength and muscle. If you don't, then you'll be stuck with little to no results.
