The Eagles already won games with their other QB so Vick isn't quite as important.
I'd say the Browns RB should be one of the top people for MVP right now. He has helped turn that team around.

I don't know if you know this or not, but it is the LEAGUES MOST VALUABLE PLAYER. Not TEAM MOST IMPORTANT PLAYER. He is the most valuable right now and will be in consideration for the award at the end of the year, if he stays healthy. I for one am happy to see him doing this but I sure don't want the Saints to face him on a night like he had last night. He was just unstoppable. There are a few other QB's who can be unstoppable in the league, Manning, Brady, Brees and Rivers. These are the guys he will be going up against for MVP. If he keeps doing what he is doing then none of these guys will win it over him.
Also, if it was being the most important player on your team then Brees and Manning would win it every year. It has been shown that Cassell can play Brady like if need be. I don't know any other player who is as important to their teams besides Brees and Manning. This is not what the award is for.
