exactly u guys will not go anywhere with A. Brooks. ive never seen him play with any kind of consistency and that will hurt u guys more cause the division is so tough. if he got benched by the Saints for poor play then why did Al Davis go and sign him? unless hes tryin to throw this season on purpose.

believe me shell will make the right choice at qb hes not afraid of davis maybe he'll get a heart attack this year and finally die and allow someone to run the team like a winner instead of that old fashion way.

He didn't get benched for poor play, he got benched for talking smack about Tom Benson. He's a decent QB. Inconsistent sure, but lots better than Kerry Collins anyday.

Al has done great things in my opinion, but it definitely is time for him to step aside. He's been in control way to long and I think it's time for young fresh minds to take over.

Bringing this one out of the KC thread and back to Raiders-Chargers smack talk where it probably belongs:

looks like im excited about the game last night where the bears pounded the chargers and philip rivers i guess will win three games in the division.

3 or 4 is all I'd really expect at the most, but two of those will at least be against the Silver and Black. I thought Rivers played fairly well during that game, except for that nice little learning experience he had. Better for him to make those mistakes now than when it actually counts. Plus, it was an all-around let down of stupid penalties, dropped balls, bad special teams coverage and play-calling. But hey, it's preseason and they certainly aren't playing their varsity team, even at the beginning of the game.

He got benched for poor play and the fact they were getting rid of him at year's end. They wanted to see if Bouman was any good, so they didn't make another Delhomme mistake.

you sound like a Raiders fan the last couple of years. Yeah he certainly looked all world against the pack and then he played a good defense looks like my Raiders defense is looking pretty good so far i would be worried the youngsters are coming to play. :D

even if the Raiders where still in LA they would still be the worst team in the AFC West! :cheeky4:
