Steelers Roethlisberger's foot is actually broken

Quote:
Turns out the "sprained" right foot of Steelers quarterback Ben Roehlisberger actually is broken according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The fifth metatarsal bone or the outside metatarsal on Roethlisberger's right foot is broken. It was injured during the first quarter of Sunday's game in Buffalo.

The Steelers have been listing the foot as sprained.

Roehlisberger said he fully expects to play Sunday night in Baltimore.

This might come back and haunt the Steelers in the playoffs.

Meh, if Favre can do it, I don't see why Roethlisberger can't.
