It's cheating and it should carry a heavier penalty. There's no room in any sport for cheats.

The majority of players put so much effort into training, getting stronger, faster, more powerful, the legal way. It annoys the hell out of me when players take drugs, to me it's lazy and they should never play in the NFL again.

I know it seems harsh but if you want to stamp out cheating drug takers make the punishment severe and give them something to think about.

I'm on the fence on this in a way. I mean since it is illegal I don't want to see it at all, it's cheating, but these are pro athletes we are talking about. Imagine for a second they could take preformance enhancing drugs. I mean their job is to entertain. So if they were all hopped up on hgh and roids it would make the game pretty exciting. I'm not saying it should be aloud, but imagine what it would be like if it was.

But then there's the issue when kids start playing football. If the whole of the NFL is using HGH, why shouldn't college or HS players do the same?

My view is you're a pro, you're on TV, kids watch you every sunday, you need to respect that and become a good role model. They should see a hard working proffesional, train hard every session, put 100% effort into his job. Taking performance enhancing drugs only shows you're not mentally strong enough to train until you collapse. It also gives you an unfair advantage over the person opposite you.

Those are my views and may sound extreme to some people, but I really hate cheats

I agree with you I was just throwing out there. Thats why I'm not down with all the post play fighting that is going on in college and NFL now. Kids see that and it's just a matter of time before fourth graders are swingin on each other because they think it's they way the game goes. It's like the Marshall game I put up a video of it somewhere on here where it doesn't belong but the game was over Marshall had won and one of the players goes ape **** on an FIU guy. There was really no reason for it.

Give these 300lb men roids and imagine what damage they'd do

But when fights break out it's just someone losing their temper. Football is all about controlled aggression, but there are always people who take it too far.

I agree it should be an 8 game suspension and must enroll into a drug rehab treatment for the offseason.
