New Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano wasted no time establishing who was boss at the team's first voluntary workouts last week.

"He's re-establishing order," defensive tackle Gerald McCoy told the Tampa Bay Times. "And he's doing it immediately, on Day 1."

"Nobody's exempt. That means it's going to be a whole organizational turnaround. The whole building is under new rules, and we all have to follow them if we're going to get back where we want to be."
